We aim to be a leading independent financial advisory boutique in the Nordics. Our primary business offering is trustworthy and independent advisory on capital market strategies, focusing on IPOs, equity and debt placement, and restructurings.
The company’s resources have been involved in more than 70 capital market transactions with an aggregated value of more than USD 40bn the last 20 years.

Bengt Neteland has more than 20 years of experience within corporate finance and industrial capital market transactions. He founded Lotma Advisory AS in 2017 and has advised on capital market transactions with an aggregated value of more than USD 35bn since then.
Prior to founding Lotma Advisory AS in 2017, he has worked as CEO in companies like Siem Oil Services Invest and Offshore Merchant Partners, and has held financial positions within Aker ASA and the John Fredriksen sphere. Bengt holds a Master of Economics and Business Administration from NHH.
Synnøve Gjønnes has more than 10 years of experience within equity research, corporate finance and buy-side portfolio management. Prior to joining Lotma Advisory AS in 2023, she has worked as a portfolio manager covering Nordic and Norwegian equities in REQ Capital and KLP respectively.
She has worked at Pareto Securities both as a sell-side equity research analyst covering oil services, and in corporate finance (DCM). Synnøve holds a Master in International Management from London School of Economics/ESADE Business School, and a Master of Science in Finance from ESADE Business School.
